Good customer service, easy to install
Overall, it is easy to install and it looks really nice. The materials are quality.. except.. the carrier bolts are the lowest quality possible. Be very careful not to over tighten, we broke 2 bolts that way, and another walking on the stairs, so we had to replace all of the bolts. Spend $25 and buy some high grade carrier bolts before your install. It's crazy to spend $3K on a set of stairs, and the company saved $20 by sending garbage hardware.

Was not informed at purchase time that primed steel needs painted. The screws for the railing need to be replaced with another configuration (phillips head). They wobble and strip out. T-25 bit would be a huge upgrade

Make sure all set drew holes are fully threaded.
The system is great, but the problem was that I had to re-tap every 5/16 Allen set screw holes on every tread x4 and the two on the pole base. Which was a large problem.

QC needs work
This staircase is made of quality materials. Assembly instructions could use some revision. If you are mechanically inclined you can figure it out. I have installed 2 of these. The last one he’d so much galvanizing in the set screw holes there were no visible threads. So prior to assembly I would recommend you chase all threaded holes. Top guard rail brackets were welded in the wrong place causing the rail not to mount level. The installation instructions should tell you to chase the threads if ...
