Your fireplace didn’t meet our expectations at all. It was missing parts. The flames look like paper with a fan blowing on them. For the price we expected something of better quality. The cabinet was ok quality but the fire box is definitely poor quality.

The fireplace is great
The fireplace is great, it all looks good but...there were chips in the boards and when putting the back panel on the brace board came off and my husband had to brad-nail it back on. It's not as sturdy as I had hoped but for the price it is not bad.
