What Customers Are Saying

The product is generally well-received, with many customers reporting that their children enjoyed watching the Santa climb up and down the ladder. Reviewers noted the product was easy to assemble and had nice features like lights and music. However, a significant number of customers experienced issues with the motor or lift mechanism, which stopped working after a short period of time. Some also complained about loud noises or other mechanical problems. Overall, the product appears to be a fun and festive decoration, but has reliability concerns that prevent it from being universally praised.

Internal broken parts

Would Not Recommend

The Santa Christmas Deco had internal damage that prevented The Santa from climbing to the top and all the way to the bottom last step of the ladder. Santa Item was clearly returned before I purchased it. Store staff member from truck unloading team that all packing on the decor looks opened. Scratches on ladder and a broken leg were not that easy to hide.
