Drought resistant seeds for greener lawns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Mountain View Drought Defy grass seed a little early in the season for planting, but I think we are finally past the last frost! This grass seed is drought-resistant and has greater water retention than other brands. The packaging includes clear planting instructions for those of us who aren’t lawn care experts. I am watching my freshly planted seeds carefully and I’m looking forward to the new grass!

Results delivered within 3 weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The difference between these two photos says a lot. They were taken just 21 days apart. Even though the product mentions it can take up to a month to start seeing results, I followed the directions closely and still noticed visible improvement sooner than expected. For context, the damage was pretty severe. It was caused by a large bouncing house sitting on a grass during a very hot end of the summer day, which stressed and burned the lawn. Th...

Definitely a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grass seed was perfect to plant on my hillside. All that grow on my hill is weeds. I planted the seeds and it has began to show. It is definitely thrives since I have planted it. We have had no rain and it's still growing. The package is sterdy and will not split and let your seed fall out. It has very little smell. It is a great value for the quality of the product.

It may work better for you in your climate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging was on point. It’s a granulated fine mix. I’m not overall impressed with the product. I placed it on a rough patch and most of it got washed away even with hay protecting it.

So Far So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mountain View grass seed came fresh based on the test date. Although not the ideal time to seed in the Spring in my area since it wont have enough time to develop deep roots to protect against drought, I wanted to give it a shot. The seed germinated in about 24 days. I had large weed patches that I killed in the fall. I raked up soil (aerating would work too) this Spring to give a good seed bed and then rolled it to get good seed to soil contac...

A great Spring addition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great product and really worked well! My husband planted it a couple weeks ago and we definitely have thicker grass already. Our grass looks so deep green after using its. It shipped well and the packaging is great for this product. Love that it’s blue in color so we could see where we threw it easily. We recommend this for sure!
