Beautiful shower system

Would Recommend

I have installed 2 shower systems in my house. One is matte black and other in chrome finish. They look so good that everyone keep asking us where did i buy from. They are working perfectly. Just one caution, when installing ask the plumber to seal all the back plate with silicone else you can have water leak issue which I had. This not the issue with product but installation.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Would Not Recommend

worst customer service ever!!! DO NOT BUY MONDAWE PRODUCTS. we've been waiting months to get an answer about a non-working, leaking mixer valve - we just need to know how to get the part to fix the valve... when they do finally answer their cust support line, they tell you sorry and we will call you back tomorrow and they never call back - for months. they have nobody else to talk to other than 1 customer support girl who can only email their main office in china. ZERO STARS should be an option!...
