Prone to chipping. Poor customer service.

Easily chips on the corners. I received 2 packages and both were packed differently. One package that did not have enough support and all pieces inside were chipped on all corners. Dealing with Lowe’s regarding this matter was a nightmare with no decent solution. No discount was offered either for the bad experience. I had no choice but to use the pieces I had even though that’s not worth the money. Pattern on this floor is very nice but I will try to avoid buying from Lowe’s again.

Cheap Waste of Money

I had these planks installed less than two months ago in a low traffic area and already there are so many cuts and tears in them that the floors are going to have to be replaced. Not to mention that if anything spills on them it creates a permanent stain that won't come out. I have had to put plastic sheeting over them if I do anything at the sink. Under the tears and gashes you can see that the plank is nothing but paper. Horrible purchase! Take notice that all of the reviews here come from the...
