Some nice gimmicks, but also some annoyances

Pros: variable heated seat, variable heated water, night light Cons: water pressure too high after adjustment, auto-flush immediately after bidet is annoying every time I want to use TP to dry up. I couldn't find a way to change this feature. Neutral: bowl pre-rinse, air dryer, variable bidet stream. These don't seem to make a difference for better or worse, so it's not worth the higher cost for these features, in my opinion. Quality Concerns - Internal Proprietary Hose

Like other customers, I had the internal hose start to leak after about 12 months. I want to give this toilet 5-stars, but the hose leaks prevent me from doing so. Luckily, Moen's customer service replaced it. I'm just worried that I will experience the same problem in the next year.

For an older person, the remote requires some work

Beware of cheap supply hoses prone to leaks

I've had two of these toilets for about 16 months now and they both started leaking from the supply hose about 13 months in. There are two supply hoses supplying that his toilet, they're 1/2" on each side and the hose itself is 1/2" (...it's very much not standard, you can't buy this hose on the shelf nearby). If you cut the hose up it's cheap corrugated plastic. Both times I've gotten this hose ordered from Moen it took three weeks for it to arrive because it's also on backorder. You can't ch...
