Moen shower head/ hand wand combination

Ball joint apparatus
My wife chose this item based on looks. I didn't like the ball joint coupler to the water line pipe. The shower head ball joint apparatus doesn't leave much room to work with. The fitting is 7/8". But you can't get a box end wrench on the fitting to properly tighten it without marring the finish of the fitting. I ended up using locking pliers to grab the fitting. A simple shower head should not be a challenge to install.

Could use a little more water volume . I was surprised it didn’t come with the shower arm. Overall it is stylish and functional I was a plumbing contractor for 28 years Always used and recommended Moen products . Still the best out there for the money
