The plastic mechanism has teeth so the lever can be fastened at the required angle. Those teeth and the plastic bolt holding the lever in place are inadequate and wear off after a month's use. Should not be sold any more.

The plastic arm strips itself from the handle making it unusable and impossible to tighten. I’m now in hold with Moen for 1 hour to see if they’ll replace the product with handle parts that won’t strip after months of use.

Handles eventually fall off
Like others have mentioned, the handle assembly is two pieces and the main part of the handle eventually falls off. Happened to all three I got. A little glue got some more life out of them. Replaced one with a one-piece handle assembly. Won’t get a 2-piece again.

I don't like that the internal parts are plastic and not metal. Everything is made cheap these days.

Installed easily
I bought this handle to match the towel bars I purchased. I'm a first time homeowner and had never installed a toilet handle before and it was easy and straightforward. I put one on my guest toilet over 3 years ago and am just getting around to doing the same in my master. No issues in that time, still works great! My only complaint is they don't appear to stock it in store anymore with the rest of the Sage Brushed Nickel collection.
