Moen Premium Chrome 18-oz Capacity Deck-mount Soap and Lotion Dispenser

Damaged upon receipt of product

Moen soap dispenser arrived with a gouged finish. This is an expensive fixture. Will be returning it.

Form and function - 5 stars

Arrived on time- install took less than 10 minutes. Easy to fill- matches faucet perfectly to complete our kitchen.

Duffucult to "lift" off.

The dispenser is very difficult to "lift" off. I have to use a tool to pry it up. Excellent soap dispenser

Great soap dispenser love the easy top refill feature

. Moen soap dispenser review..

This soap dispenser is so much better than our original one. It is solid well designed and gives a nice even flow of soap easily. We are very satisfied.

Disappointed in Lowes

Ordered online, picked up at store. Product appeared to be of good quality (5 stars). However, I was not the first owner (Lowes one star), The top of the pump stem was broken off and rattling around in the box, one washer was missing, the other was already installed on the threaded stem and had impression marks. If Lowes charges for new and ships used I will shop elsewhere.

Heavy, solid and matches perfect with Moen faucet

Solid product Metal- not plastic and well made. Beautiful piece

4 years and it doesn't work anymore

We have had issues with the soap dispenser not pumping properly. Now it just doesn't come up to push down anymore. This was not cheap and I expected it to last a long time!
