Choose a different model or brand

Extremely disappointed in this item. I originally loved the style and have never had a problem with Moen in the past, however I first purchased this item for 4 different bathroom sinks. One of the facets began to leak within a week. So I returned the item and bought it again in case it was a defect. Three months later a different sink began to leak and 2 of the 4 sinks have began to chip as seen in my picture. I would choose a different style or brand if considering this item.

Sleek Design

Got this for a extra bathroom, loved the design and the matte black against the vanity we had purhcased. It fit, the water fall effect is kind of wonky. But overall looks great. Good brand, and looks nice.

Occasional Spout Drip

Beautiful design; however, this faucet produces an occasional drip no matter how much you dry it off after use. You will always find a drop or two in the sink. You wipe it and wait a few hours to find more drops again. I have replaced the cartridges, and that did not fix the problem. I am considering replacing the three that I purchased with another brand.

Answer to this product and low water flow

Remove the pink restrictor in the bottomed of the Shepard cane faucet. unscrews two screws, remove the black ring and you will see a pick restrictor, drill it out. and the flow will double or triple. Plumbers do not even know this stuff.

Great quality as expected

Great quality as expected from Moen. Came with supply lines already attached which is convenient. They were not labeled which one was hot. This can be flipped technically if you wanted the hit to be handle forward or vertical. I used in a single hole configuration but it was nice it came with the 3 hole plate. I like that it doesn't have a step at the bottom where hard water could sit and discolor the black finish over time. The popup was nice and had a gasket to sit against the sink basin inste...

Lower end with issues

The finish of the faucet is nice, however the lack of an aerator was a problem like others had said. The water split and would splash way more than expected. I ended up returning and replacing with the Moen Doux single handle facuet and while it's double the price, it's significantly better.
