Sprayer is essential for use
I was told by a Lowe's Associate that I could install this without the sprayer since my sink only has three holes. This is not the case since there is no device to stop water from going to the sprayer. I returned the faucet.

I love this faucet and have had it for 4 years. It is being replaced because my well water caused corrosion at the hot water faucet to the extent that the plumber was afraid to try and replace only the cartridge. We are going to replace the brass cartridges with plastic sleeve cartridges to avoid the corrosion problem. We got so tired of faucets that leak, squeak, drip, companies that don't honor their warranties etc.... So finally we bought this "commercial grade" Moen, & we love it. We've only had it a month, so time will tell, but even our plumber remarked about its sturdiness. No, it's not elegant, may not fit with your ideal kitchen ambiance, but it's solid, very well made, & I expect it will last a good long time.

Just get one
This is a solid faucet. You can just feel the quality when operating it. I have other Moen residential faucets, which are nice, but do not feel as well built as this commercial one. A bit more complicated to install, but very do-able if you are handy. My one major criticism would be the sprayer. Feels very cheap, and is made of plastic. It doesn't compliment the quality of the faucet.

The instructions are clear and accurate. All together, removal of old unknown faucet and spray unit, and installation of this new kitchen faucet took about 5 hours.
