Purchased in 2019, several cartridge replacements later finally found the issue last week - failed welds (see picture) and contamination of the cartridges. The issue with Moen for Life is when the faucet fails and you need it replaced who has time to wait for warranty processing in a busy household? The expectation is Moen for Life means the quality is good enough to last a lifetime. Should have spent less and expected to replace at some point.
Looks good, but thats about it.
The hot water side never managed more than a trickle. I assumed it was a plumbing issue in my house. I suffered through it as long as I could. The plumber did a thorough inspection even changed out the under sink hoses and valves. He took the faucet apart and discovered that it has faulty internal parts, both handles were set up for the cold side.
