Purchased in 2019, several cartridge replacements later finally found the issue last week - failed welds (see picture) and contamination of the cartridges. The issue with Moen for Life is when the faucet fails and you need it replaced who has time to wait for warranty processing in a busy household? The expectation is Moen for Life means the quality is good enough to last a lifetime. Should have spent less and expected to replace at some point.
