Unfortunately the handle hose started cracking and it went downhill from there. The hose gasket, aerator and the spray itself all have issues

When looking to upgrade our old kitchen faucet I searched online for one that would be able to accommodate our water filter. This fit the bill perfectly. I am well pleased with its functionality. Highly recommend.

When it works it look great and works well. Twice now in 4 years have had to address parts. Moen has done well to support the failures. At 74 years old it is not as easy to address the repairs. Hoping the parts for the install are the last forever.

Love my new faucet

The Moen Annabel doesn't hold up long term

After 6 years, the cover over the cartridge comes off. The plastic ring to hold it in place moves around due to the wear on the cartridge. A very poor design! We will replace this whole unit. This come with the house when we bought and it was changed out just before we bought it.

Annebel Mohen Faucet

Two weeks ago l purchased a kitchen faucet at Lowe's, which was labeled as the Mohen Lilibeth faucet. Upon getting home and looking at the box, l realized it was not the Lilibeth, but was the Mohen Annebel faucet. Upon return of the faucet l was informed that the faucet had been mislabeled, so sorry. l then requested to purchase the Annebel faucet, only to be told that that particular faucet was not in stock at any store. l would need to purchase it online,which l did. Second time around.

This is our 2nd faucet in this style. First one lasted 12 years with minimal upkeep. Did not want pull-down faucet.

The handle cover and valve are terrible

The handle cover and valve fail often. In 10 years we have been through 4 of these units. All under warranty. Our previous faucet was flawless for longer we changed it for the looks and that was a mistake.

Looks nice, stem rotation problem.

Faucet looks attractive and has a softer, less modern styled handle while maintaining a contemporary, metal look. I am not happy with the stem as the rotation of the stem appears to move 360 degrees and I do not see any component or adjustment that limits how much it moves. Concern about accidental stem positioning that will get water on the countertop when rotated too far around (and not in the sink).
