Easy to apply. Does have a strong smell but doesn’t last long.

Better than pricier options

This is the third consecutive year I’ve sealed my stone pool deck with this product. I used to use sealant that was twice the price but got less quality. This sealer works quickly and ensures so that water beads on the stone all year long. I’m sure to use this next spring once again.

spreads like water

strong odor, so be sure to ventilate. spreads like and looks like water. Let stand for 5 min. then wipe it off. Repeat 2 hrs later. Though I'm not going to tell my kids to spill hair dye, lipstick, or nail polish on the bathroom counter, I am going to hope that this sealant will prevent these things from sinking in and staining. Time will tell.

Solid Product, But Pricey

Overall solid product. I initially bought the impregnator sealer version but on the packaging it recommended the porous plus for travertine, which was what I was planning on sealing. The porous plus is about twice the cost as the impregnator sealer, so the cost is definitely a drawback. This was used on outdoor travertine, Arctic Silver from QDI in Phoenix, which was pretty porous. Excellent Sealing Properties

Easy application using a spray bottle. Mask off areas to prevent overspray.

Effective product

Good sealing for a shower and any kind of tile with grout. I use this on my tile about once a year and it keeps away mold and mildew and makes soap scum easier to clean.
