Total cement and useless.
My local Lowes store apparnently decided to markdown a rather old batch of this product. The packaging was literally covered in dust. I regrettably purchased this product based on its stated uses and its markdown price. When I opened the package at home, the fertilizer was hard like cement and useless. Had to return this. Lowes had no business offering this batch for sale- should have been either disposed or returned to the producer.
