Minwax Wood Finish Interior Stain ( )

Not a true stain.

This does not apply or penetrate like a traditional stain. It is very thick and sits on the surface like a paint. Work time is too short to get consistent even coverage. Must work in small areas to accommodate and ensure you don't end up with application lines/marks in the finished product.

Water based stain

First time i ever used water based stain . Finish was so bad i had to remove it and use oil based finish. Never plan on using water based stain again.

Not the color depth I had hoped for

I don't like my results with this stain. Mabey I am old school and have used wipe on oil all my life and just don't like change but I was really disappointed with my results.
