Read the directions, be patient and enjoy
We bought a quart of this and it works really well. It's a water based Poly family coating. I was building an oversized headboard that we used the water based stain that went on well with a brush. The Clear Poly applied over the stain easily after a light sanding between coats. We put two coats of Poly on and it worked really well.
