Works but difficult installation
It works well but installation was a real challenge, requiring at least two people on ladders. The instruction manual was virtually worthless, and there were no online videos for this model

Minka Aire 60 inch Sunseeker fan (5-blade)
Be forewarned about this fan. Poor quality. If you do purchase it, please make sure you fully run and test it before the warranty is over. Take any knocking noises seriously, and do not think they will settle out over time. Our fan started out with a noticeable knocking sound when installed about two months after purchase, but the room renovations were not complete, so the fan was not used much. Now with regular use, the noise has progressively gotten louder. Troubleshooting indicates bad motor...
