Fan speed
Model says there are three fan speeds, mine only has two, medium and high. Both levels are two high and loud for the room I have placed it. The light does not get very bright either.

Stopped working
We have had 3 of these fans for 10 years. They are under a coved screen porch. One by one they just stopped running. One makes a squealing noise and one the fan works and one only rotates. We have not been outside due to the winter. Do they have a lifetime warranty? We love them . What do we do?

Great fan. Really ugly light globe.
We really like these fans. They are quiet and the rotation is great. In our opinion though, the globe looks like left over stock from a cheap1980s ceiling light. Fortunately the fan comes with a blank plate so you don't have to use the light and it looks just fine as long as you don't install the light. With some luck, maybe we will find a globe we like that is compatible and then we can have the lights operational. One star deducted only because of the light globe being stuck in the past.

down rod for this fan
I purchased 3 of these fans and was disappointed that you did not get a 12" rod for these fans, you would think that for what these fans cost they would come with a voice of two different lengths - flush or a 12" rod.
