Replacing an identical fixture
My house painters, Top-Notch Painting, powerwashed the lanai ceiling and fried the MinkaAir ceiling fan/light. Luckily, Lowe's had the identical model to replace it. Treasure Coast Electric installed it with ease.

Installed this fan today and very pleased. Easy installation. Quiet no matter the speed setting, no vibration. Like the remote option or we can use existing wall switch for operation.

For us - having now replaced 3 of the 4 ceiling fans in our 20 year old house, it's obvious that Minka Aire is an upscale brand w/ value to back up the price! We're loving it! Value of course is a personal choice but despite spending twice what we might have, the benefit of that "extra" money was obvious from the start: very heavily made, extremely quiet, online warranty registration & a decent owner's manual, & lastly, an intuitive remote control... Very happy w/ this purchase!

Great design and quality
This fan is great. It is super quiet and easy to use the settings and reverse feature. The one thing that doesn't work is the dimmer. It isn't an issue for us but if you really want a dimmer this isn't the right fan.
