Window delivered by lowe's unwrap, NO protection and upon installation was discovered that one of the sidewalk bars was broken so window part that is to move cannot lift up or down. VERY disappointed

The windows are beautiful, but to get a repair on a door lock is an act of congress

Great product …… but,
Two, homes with Milgard windows have been great, however this remodel has been disappointing. One of the two windows received, had to be replaced due to a owed, out of square frame. Replacement resulted in construction delays, and when replacement received there are tooling scratches in the glass. We had to install 2nd defective window in order to avoid further delays, confident that Milgard will a make good on their product. They always have in the past.

Disappointed
Our previous home had Milgard windows and we were very pleased with the purchase. Milgard stood by their warranty. We purchased more windows for our new remodel due to our previous experience and also the beautiful appearance of the windows. Unfortunately, the windows we received have serious quality issues. They are bowed out, the frame is actually crooked , windows do not close properly. I do love the nice green hue and they do provide relief from the sun. I am hoping that Milgard will repl...

Absolutely Fabulous
Our south facing wall is no longer an eyesore to look at. It had old delapidated wood frames and single pane windows. Now it is absolutely fabulous! The installers did an excellent job. Our rooms have these beautiful picture views to the the garden. Absolutely delighted!!!

My first window installation
What a great window for a great price! Installation was a breeze after the effort of cutting the opening in our basement cement block. The fit and finish is well engineered and manufactured. I would but from Milgard again.
