Metrolina Greenhouses 1 -Pint Purple Liriope Variegated 6.0 -Pack - Low Maintenance

Retract previous review “Skimpy plants”.

My first review was scathing because of a glitch in the delivery system saying all plants were delivered (it took me calling a local store to find that out). Two boxes of liriope came three days later than the one box. I wish I could remove the first review but I’ll try damage control this way. The plants were packaged well and seemingly healthy. The day lilies were a bit small for the price but, other than delivery weirdness and Lowes customer service lacking, I’m satisfied with the plants.

Attractive and hardy plants

I bought these plants because I needed something that would survive in mostly shade and a moist area. I've had them about 2 weeks now and they're growing well and are very healthy. They're very hardy and seem to do well just about anywhere. I've also got some planted in drier areas with full sun and they've been thriving for a few years now. These are great little plants at a great price. I would recommend these to anyone who wants a pretty plant that's easy to maintain.

Purple Liriope Variegated Plant in 1 -Pint Pot 6.0

Out of the six pack we received, four plants looked great, and still do after planting. But two of them were very small and did not look very healthy right out of the package. Those two are still alive, but not looking good even after sufficient watering, so not sure if they will make it.

Skimpy plants not worth the price.

Apparently Lowe’s thinks 3 sprigs (only one in more than one small container) constitutes 3 high-priced plants. Run like the wind from these online plant orders. The photo represents 18 plants in their eyes. Not sure I’ll get past AI to resolve this issue.

DOA

Five of the 6 plants that I ordered were DOA with brown shoots that fell of the roots when removing them for planting. The other 6 varigated Liriope I received at the same time were in good shape and are healthy and growing. Bottom line is that ordering from distant nurseries is a hit or miss proposition. And no refunds or returns are allowed.

They came a few days later than what I was told.

The six plants arrived a few days later than expected, but they are very nice. They arrived healthy and were not dry. Since then, I have planted them in the ground and they are doing very well. I'm very glad that I bought them.

Nicely packaged and hardy upon delivery

These plants were delivered in a very secure container and were very well watered before shipment. The plant stock was very hardy and have transplanted very well. So far I am happy with my purchase. I just planted them on 4/1/2026. I hope they continue to do well.

Arrived in great condition! Would buy again.

The plants arrived in great shape. They were in a special package. They are doing beautifully and I’m very happy I purchased them.

Perennials

Loved how they were boxed up to protect the plants. I bought 2 boxes of 6 and all 12 plants were healthy and looked great.Mike

Just what I was looking for

Plants came to me in a neat container, and all plants were alive and in good condition.
