I bought this after researching a number of LED shop lights. The pull chain switch was important. I mounted it over my wood lathe to give better illumination; it exceeded my expectations. The light is diffused and bright, perfect for wood turning. The color temperature is also very pleasing. For my application, I made hanging brackets so I could tilt the fixture. I may buy another one for my future, basement workbench. Getting free shipping to my door was also a plus. It cost more that HF offer...
