I’ve wasted over 40 min on screwing since those pre drill holes (part 2-3) were too small for screws to go through. Make sure 1) you’ve done the step 1 right or you’ll have to go back to fix it which is very time consuming; 2) assemble the heater either on your deck or inside your garage to avoid getting your wooden floor scratched. Wow, instant ambience

This patio heater is really dramatic at night as the flame shoots up the glass tube. It comes in a box and requires a considerable amount of assembly. The project took me about an hour and the instructions are pretty good. Tools and hardware is included and all parts fit together nicely. Beautiful and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heater works surprisingly well for the design it has. It doesn't get too hot around the grates but puts out plenty of heat from the top. It looks elegant and classy on the patio and the flame shooting up through the middle is pretty entertaining to watch. It is thin enough to not take up too much space on my patio also. I definitely recommend this heater to anyone with an outdoor space.

This is a great addition to a patio and looks like it belongs at the fanciest bar/restaurant terrace! Streamlined / elegant heater for the terrace

We recently moved and were looking for a heater for our new terrace. We prefer to visit with friends outdoors with all the uncertainly around Covid. We are so happy with this product.
