Don't buy this sprinkler with the intention of using the adjustment tabs for the width. The part that connects the tab to the internal adjustment is just .1198" tall x .1000" wide. They manufacture this knowing full well that you will be lucky to get a little more than a year's use out of it. Besides being ridiculously thin and inadequate for the intended purpose, the plastic gets brittle and the tab just bends off during your second year of use. Good supplement
I bought this to supplement my irrigation of a small area of my yard. It is easy to adjust the direction of the the water, but not without a good dousing of myself! It also sprays a lot more area than I need, but I could adjust the flow by lowering the volume of the flow from the hose. After some trial and error I am able to get what I need from this portable sprinkler.
