I bought this washer 11 months ago and it needed to be repaired within 10 days. So very disappointed. Water levels are pathetic which causes the agitator to make a loud grinding noise. This has to be causing extra wear and tear on fabric and clothing. It won't do a deep-fill either. DON'T BUY IT
Absolutely THE WORST washer I have ever owned. Clothes do not come clean. Residue left behind. Have to select Heavy duty, Deep Fill, extra rinse, AND must use warm or hot water to have laundry mostly clean. And don't even get me started on the terrible job to does on the dog blankets.

Worst washing machine ever
I bought this machine in 2024 and am very unhappy with it. It leaves white residue on black clothes so bad i have to wash the load twice. Now when i start the machine with a new load it goes in a drain for a minute or 2 and then stops amd says done.

False advertisement
DON'T BUY this washer thinking you can wash your big loads or your heavy loads. We bought it 6 months ago and have already had service out 3 times for it, and twice for the matching dryer. They sell you on the large capacity factor when in reality you can't put more than about 7 bath towels in at a time. They say don't put more than 35lbs of wet stuff in there. First of all how are we supposed to know what 35 WET pounds of clothes is and secondly - how the heck are we supposed to wash comforters...

DON'T DO IT!!! RUN AWAY!!!!
We bought the set thinking we were really getting a great NAME BRAND (been around decades) that would suit out needs with animals. TRASH!!! COMPLETE TRASH and wasted time and money. We've had the machine less than 3 yrs and have had to put TWO... YES, TWO capacitors on it. Absolutely NO HELP from customer service with Maytag.... and a warranty??? For what?? I am so upset I wasted my money on this washer. I did a lot of research when buying a new washer and the reviews were good for this one and we have two husky’s so the pet filter seemed like a bonus.
