Do Not Buy Appliances from Lowes
I have no idea if this expensive oven works, because it was not installed properly and doesn't heat. After multiple delays with the installer and phone calls not returned, the oven was finally installed. It doesn't heat. It was dented and the bottom piece is installed crooked. We had to wait over a week to get on the schedule of the installer to come back and fix the over. However, they didn't show up. No phone call. If you are in the Pittsburgh area, DO NOT USE LOWES for appliance installation...

I sometime use a timer to let me know I need to go in kitchen and start to cook something else. Wish it came with better directions. I have never had a convention oven and don't know how to use it.

No Cookies for Santa
I wish I could answer. Honestly, check your records! I bought it on Black Friday. Through no fault of ours, this is the 3rd scheduled delivery date--a bit too late for baking my cookies. My daughter took a day off work to be here for the second date given. No show. However a Potential Spam call left a message saying that the appliance was not in stock. BUT it was! (That's another story!!!) This time I'm told that it will arrive between 2 and 5 p.m. If I could give you no stars I would.
