Horrible Ovens!

I purchased two (2) of these wall ovens in Nov 2024 and they have been nothing but a nightmare. Ruined so many holiday gatherings by burning baked goods within minutes or undercooking cakes, pies etc. And here we are in May 2026 and I am filing yet another claim under my 5 year extended warranties to figure why my food is burning again within minutes and to top it off why when I set 'self clean' black soot is caused on door and walls. Maytag 'used' to be top of the line but I guess not anymore. ...

Product is fine. Haven’t used it yet - Carrie, the salesperson at Lowe’s on Vets was wonderful. The item took a couple of weeks to be delivered to Lowe’s and another few days to schedule delivery. Jason and Allen, the installers from BBS were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, and enjoyable to work with.
