What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the toilet seat for its durable metal hinges, soft-close mechanism, and sturdy construction. Most highlight a significant upgrade from plastic alternatives, noting improved stability, quiet operation, and easy installation. Reviewers consistently emphasize that metal hinges feel "very stable" and "super solid," with many stating they chose this product to avoid repeated failures of cheaper models. The soft-close feature is widely celebrated for eliminating loud slamming, with customers describing it as "quiet" and "gentle." Several note the comfortable wood construction and attractive design. A few report minor issues with the lid not staying up, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by positive feedback. Overall, most customers consider this a worthwhile investment.

Second no better than first

Would Not Recommend

These are supposed to hold weight well, but I'm barely 200 at 6' and the first one broke... neither one had hinges worth it's cost and the second no longer closes all the way and hangs open....

Not Solid Wood!!

Would Not Recommend

Bought this about 3 months ago. It's already cracked. It's made of sawdust and glue. Won't buy this brand again, and if Lowe's doesn't give me something of selling me cracked, I won't come back.

Easy To Install and Stable

I bought this recently and am very glad I did. It was easy to install and is infinitely more stable than the previous seat.

Great value and functionality

Would Recommend

Only a month in but read good reviews on the brand. Soft close feature is awesome. Metal hinge and easy installation. Twist off screws make it so you don't over-tighten. Great replacement for the old stained wooden one we had.

Love the Soft Close

Would Recommend

I was skeptical that this was a soft close seat, but it totally is. I didn't realize I could love a toilet seat, but this is really great quality and doesn't move around.

Well Made and Solid.

Would Recommend

Purchased 2 of these years ago…had to replace one due to using the wrong cleaner and the surface was damaged. The other one looks as good as new. I wanted the same one again.
