Design Flaw

I originally purchased two of these soft-close with metal hinges. And they looked great. Unfortunately, the rear on both cracked after about seven months. I repurchased and added 4 self-adhesive bumpers under the four corners of seat. Seat comes with two approx. 8mm supports under seat front, leaving rear unsupported. And you cannot buy 8mm anywhere to support the rear two corners. You can find 10mm or 1/2" (12.5mm).

There's nothing bad to say about this toilet seat at all. The problem is. It took it 10 days to get here because they shipped it to my PO Box... When it arrived the outer shipping box was crushed. When I opened the product box, the toilet lid was broken off, at the hinges... Lowe's shipping is awful.

Worst purchase ever

Open the box to find the lid broken. Replacement installed and the seat broke in one week. I thought this would have been a better quality since it is not one of the cheapest models. I was sorely mistaken.

Purchased 1/3/26 and seat is broken. How do I make a warranty claim?

Why will the seat not stay up? I have had this for 2 months and it falls while I am standing up using the restroom. Thus Making me struggle to not get pee everywhere.
