Don't use Lowes installation services.
The installation service to install fan has not been completed which Lowes subs-out to ANGi. Lowes customer service won't refund the money. They want me to contact ANGI customer service.

So far waste of time and money
I have had an electrician out twice. The remote stays programed for a couple hours and then it’s on unusable - the light, the fan whatever was on is stuck on! Now I’m going to have to pay an electrician to take it down...
