Horrible craftsmanship, no quality control
Ordered online, all 4 corners did not meet up at 90 degrees and had huge gaps with missing paint and sharp jagged edges. Im not sure how it got sent out of the factory like this. Its obvious that it was not not damaged durimg shipping and from the manufacturer likenthis. For $180 I would expect at least some level of quality control. Guess not

Perfect replacement
Well made replacement cover for the whole house fan. Perfect fit and so much more quieter than the old one. Has felt tips on the louvers for a quiet lift and lower of the louvers.came with white tipped screws and holes for easy installation. The white finish was great and now my wife dosen't complain about the noise that the old one used to make. Very silent. Ordered on the website and was delivered to the store a couple of days later. Wrong size. I ordered the Master Flow Aluminum 30.25-in x 30-in White Aluminum Whole House Fan Shutter and received a 29-in unit that was too small. I needed it that day and couldn’t wait for another one to ship. It cost me extra parts (lumber & mud) and labor fees to correct the size to be able to fit it correctly. This cost me an additional $80.

Great replacement shutter
It is definitely thinner metal than the original shutter that has been there for decades, but it looks a million times better! The install was quick and it fit perfectly.
