Received Damaged
They dont sell this part in store so I ordered online. Pulled it out of the box and it was bent, pretty badly. I dont want to order another 1 for fear of it getting damaged again. Not sure what to do.

Horrible craftsmanship, no quality control
Ordered online, all 4 corners did not meet up at 90 degrees and had huge gaps with missing paint and sharp jagged edges. Im not sure how it got sent out of the factory like this. Its obvious that it was not not damaged durimg shipping and from the manufacturer likenthis. For $180 I would expect at least some level of quality control. Guess not

Fit and finish is mediocre. Louvers are a bit rattly, and the corners have gaps.

Two fins are slightly bent, no hardware or hole plug. Will have to return & go through the order process and wait again.

Wrong size. I ordered the Master Flow Aluminum 30.25-in x 30-in White Aluminum Whole House Fan Shutter and received a 29-in unit that was too small. I needed it that day and couldn’t wait for another one to ship. It cost me extra parts (lumber & mud) and labor fees to correct the size to be able to fit it correctly. This cost me an additional $80.
