Fan came damaged
Did a curbside pick up for this fan. Lowes employee put it in the trunk, so I failed to inspect it till I got home. That's when I noticed the box had been opened. I slid the fan out and that's when I discovered that the dome "top" had been caved in. As if something heavy had been stacked on top of it. Upon further inspection, the thermostat had been separated from the fan as well. This product had obviously been returned and simply restocked without inspection. Attic Fan
Product arrived fast, came in with no damage. Had my A/C guy install of attic of my 30x25 detached garage. We haven’t had any real hot days as of yet, but few mid 80’s degree days we’ve had it’s kicked on pulled heat out of attic and kicked off. I set thermostat at 90°. I also bought the bigger fan rated for 2800sqft for my house and it’s working great too.

Roof fan
I came to find out the savings this fan has made. By this fan motor running, my a/c has cut back a lot because of the heat that is removed from space. I have a one floor house so the area above is just a place for wires, insulation etc. What made me notice the excess heat a few years ago was the light condensation (sweat) starting to form in the lower floor's ceiling in places.
