I was very excited to surprise my kids with this. Unfortunately, it was delivered and would not start as there was a problem with the wiring harness. I contacted the manufacturer who told me they would fix it but I would have to get a trailer and bring it to one of their locations. This was absurd as the closest one was hours away and this is something that we just paid 3k for. Luckily the staff at the East Lancaster Lowe's handled the issue. They ordered another one and made sure that it worked...

My son has already put 31 miles on it the first day and my 94 year grandfather took it on a lap. He did say it was little bumpy. The pick up process at Lowes was great and the guy that helped loaded me up was very helpful. So far very happy only time will tell on quality but so far very impressed. The pictures do not do it justice.
