poor quality control

Would Not Recommend

as others have stated i had the same issue with shifting getting it off the truck.Unit came with a defective accelerator cable which almost caused an accident.After many unanswered email to customer service and a couple of hours on the phone I was able to file a warranty claim for the cable and was told it was on back order for 6 to 8 weeks.Terrible communication and customer service.

This unit arrived with a lot of shipping damage and is pending supplier resolution. I will provide follow up after Lowes and Massimo provide an agreed upon solution.

Massimo is not a quality product

Would Not Recommend

I purchased a massimo UTV and the engine has a catastrophic failure in the first 30 days. Do yourself a favor and read the Better Business Bureau revives before you purchase.

Horrible quality control!

Would Not Recommend

Perhaps I just received a bad one; not sure. From the day of delivery the shifting of the gears was super hard. On my very first ride , the transmission started pouring out smoke with oil dripping out at a very good clip. Also strong burning smell of like rubber. Not even 30 minutes. Started Lowes customer care case. Lowes was excellent with full refund. Massimo was extremely difficult to deal with. They kept telling all the smoke and smell is normal. Horrible quality control.

Upon delivery I noticed bolts missing and a few things like that. The delivery guy was having hard time even shifting into gear to unload from truck. A few days later before even the first ride there was a small puddle of oil under the rear of machine. I figured extra grease, who knows. On my very first ride, smoke started pouring out of the rear and strong burning smell. Not even 30 minutes of use. Thins happen but come on man. Over $17,000 with tax. I really thought these would be tested bette...
