Just so you know
This is a beautiful black door...however, the trim is white. I had to PAINT the trim black! I wasnt too happy about that!
Good Look, But Bad Reveal and Delayed Shipping
This door fits our design choice for the basement, but Masonite as a company was very difficult to deal with. Had two separate orders that were each delayed with varying levels of poor communication. And the door reveal on some of the doors installed completely square is off/nearly rubbing. We placed two separate orders through Lowes and both orders were delayed. The first order was placed online for 7 completely stock/standard doors and was delayed twice. We received one email within 24 hours ...
Door looks great, but wrong hand
Door looks great, but I ordered a right hand door and received a left hand door. Now I have bring it back and re-order , what a pain.
