Poorer quality than expected

This package was of much oorer quality than anticipated for the price. The three door hinges were set unevenily, and the paint finish is unprofessional with scratches and smears apparent.

DISAPPOINTED

I was really excited when this door arrived a week before date promised, however it arrived damaged. It has some dents, scratches and LOTS of paint chipped. I contacted Lowes for a repair rather than a return, because I didn’t want to struggle with the return or wait another month for a replacement, but they suggested contacting the manufacturer. Leaks everywhere & far from correct size

I special ordered this 60x80 door. It took longer than expected to arrive. When it arrived I measured it, 64-3/8" wide X 81-3/4" tall actual size. Not at all the 60x80 advertised. The door looked nice and looked well built. I had the room for it and decided to install a new header to make it fit. The brickmold had a 1/8" gap in the upper left corner and 1/16" in the upper right. I used Tyvek tape to temporarily seal those gaps up for a storm (front face then top.)
