What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the doors' modern appearance, affordability, and straightforward installation, with many noting they look great when painted and work well for budget renovations. However, a substantial number report significant manufacturing defects including misaligned hinges, inconsistent mortise cuts, and jamb strike areas that fail to match the door edge, requiring extensive corrective work. Some describe the doors as thin or low-quality, citing durability concerns and occasional damage during transport. Despite these quality issues, most customers find the doors acceptable for non-high-traffic areas and consider them a worthwhile budget option.
