Everything needed was included for installation. The installation was easy and pretty simple, even though the seat hold down wasn't that simple at first. The rest of the installation was fairly simple. If you are a fairly big person, this might seem a little too short for you. Otherwise it works fine.
Good toilet, bad seat
Overall, this is a great toilet. Many complain about a leak, but I installed four of them and never had a single leak. Treating the tank bolts like a car wheel helps. Tighten each one a little at a time, and alternating between the two, to ensure a solid seal. The major problem with this toilet is the seat. I thought it would be more functional and easier to clean. Instead, it is impossible to keep straight. No amount of tightening keeps this seat on straight, and since it has multiple pivot p...
Don't buy this Item !!!!
Tank does not seal correctly to the base. Same issues as several other people have noted. Toilet leaks. My Husband has taken this toilet several times & still leaks. It's going back to Lowes!!!! JUNK!!!!!

Works great when installed correctly the bad reviews are a direct result of poor customer service from Angie. I would recommend this toilet it’s very good quality and works as intended. I did have to replace the wax and a sealer probably because of the strong turbo flush. But that was a no brainer that the installer she have used. Never use Angie again call a professional.
