The color is beautiful but the results were absolutely terrible. I’ve used Annie Sloan in the past, so this wasn’t my first time using chalk paint. There was all of this residue in the bottom of the can leading me to believe it wasn’t mixed properly. The result even after me trying to stir it well at home was white streaks. It’s not worth the money for this product.

Love this product, very smooth texture. I hadn't used this product before, but I love to find bargains on the mistinted shelf.

Great find
I found this chalk paint base in the clearance section at Lowe’s It was actually marketed down to $7.00 a quart. I have never used this brand before but for $7.000, why not. It didn’t disappoint. I bought 6 quarts in 3 different colors. So far I have only used a blue color, but I love how it turned out. I also love how smooth it goes on. Good purchase. I can’t wait to paint something else.

To much work
Very expensive and requires a application of a wax coat needing buffing to make the finish a smooth surface. Better to just paint with a good high gloss and half the price. For crafters only in my opinion.

Do not place anywhere near the floor
Wonderful product that adds character in the paint, but is easily removed. It’s meant for furniture, cement, things of the nature so I used it on my fireplace which is brick. I mopped over it once (there’s a section of the floor that’s painted in the brick) & theres a spot that lifted. So beware of that. Overall it’s fast drying (1 hour) and looks amazing!

Easy
This is a chalk paint and is very easy to use with minimal prep. It looks great on my nightstands. I also purchased the Magnolia wax and it is a great protectant and adds a little sheen. Very pleased. Also, the paint man at the Snellville store was extremely helpful and was able to mix the exact color I wanted.

This chalk paint definitely sets itself apart from others. Fast drying without any issues of cracking or adhering properly to your project. Able to get a second coat on within 15 min. Goes on smooth and great coupled with that Aged + Character dark wax
