[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Weingarten assemble the plow but when I went to attach it to my mower it just didn't fit. Someone from Weingarten then came out to our home with a drill and widen holes etc. just to get it to attach. The control which allows you to raise and lower the blade doesn't work and the bolt keeps sticking, preventing the blade from being lower. I have to physically push the bolt out using a steel rod and a hammer. Lastly, the plow is basically us...

Works well enough
There are 2 major options for a plow for a Cub cadet XT1. This one is the cheaper of the 2, and it works just fine for my needs. The other provides a way to swivel the plow without getting up, which I admit would be nice, but not almost double the price nice. With just a little planning, I can limit my swivels to just a few times for my driveway. The box was damaged and I was worried it might have been missing parts, but everything was present. I have had mine for about five winters now. The first winter , it held up well but after that the handle and attachment the blade attached to deteriorated to the point that it was basically worthless. The blade itself is fine and does a nice job but the assembly where the blade attaches could be expediently improved. Handle needs to be of heavier material. I tried to include pictures but it wouldn’t upload
