Nightmare
Purchased 3 years ago, arrived in questionable condition. Hvac Installed, had a leak. Have had to have hvac service in year 2, and 3 hvac ivsits in year 3. Customer service offered no help. Run away, not worth the money.

DIY install no problem!
This unit was extremely easy to install. The step by step directions were easy to follow, scan each steps QR code brings up a video. Once the unit was installed, it performed as expected. I highly recommend this unit. Only thing that a DIY person may have an issue with is getting power run and connected as it requires work in electrical panel.

Nice unit but installation manual worthless!
Fairly easy installation but the included instruction book sucks. There’s no logical order to the printed manual. It should have just came with a link to an online video.

System not working after install
First mistake! Bought 24k single zone MrCool, performed a perfect install and it would not turn on. Called customer service and have been waiting for two days so far for help and nothing is happening. Second mistake was calling customer service and speaking to Peggy disrespectfully, and for that i’am sorry , I have no excuses I lost my cool… Sorry Peggy!!!
