Don't buy this online from Lowe's
This is a review of Lowe's shipping rather than the product itself. We ordered two gallons of this grout for our tile job. Both came completely destroyed due to poor packaging of the products in one box. Lowe's tried to tell me that if I wanted a refund I would have to bring them back to my "local" store. The closest store 75 miles away. After an hour on the phone they finally gave me a prepaid label so I could ship the damaged products back and hopefully get a refund. I wouldn't bother buyin...
