This product has long workability and easy clean up
Coverage was Spot on.
Easy to use and product covered the amount stated.

After reading the reviews I was worried about the quality of the product, but I have zero complaints. Previous reviews complained about the top layer of the product being hardened at the first opening, but I didn't experience that with either of my 2 containers. Cleanup wasn't as bad as I expected. Mapei recommends a clean-up solution that Lowe's doesn't carry, but paint thinner worked just fine.
