I have been a licensed flooring contractor for 30+ years, I love Mapie products, been using them for years, everything from grout to Plani patch and Plani Plus, but I truly dislike their pad cement, I found it to be very runny and wasteful and took to long to set up, more than likely I will never buy this product again. Mapie is a very good company, but even good companies can produce crap, this is just my professional opinion on one product.

It's made for underlay.

I pushed it but it still did the job. I used it as carpet tile adhesive, wanting to have something that would be easy to remove later. It worked fine.
