Directions were obviously written by someone who has never installed any such item. Too many errors to submit but if assembling an disassembling is your thing follow there direction they'll have you doing just that 3-5 times throughout whole assembly.

We are extremely disappointed with this shower kit. We spent the time and money to have it installed, and it hasn’t even been a month before it’s already cracking in multiple places. This is clearly not the quality we expected, especially for a product that’s meant to withstand daily use. Now we’re faced with replacing something that should have lasted for years, which means additional labor and installation costs on top of the original purchase. It's just not good quality I end up losing $900
It's not good quality it was breaking apart it was going to just be a mess I ended up losing the $900 which is a lot of money and now I have to go and tile everything because this just wasn't going to work

Looks nice
Assembles easily, came packaged so nothing broke. Luckily we didn't open the box until after a very damaging earthquake. Now we don't have any water, so we haven't tried it out and taken a shower.

Bait and switch
I had to buy this early on in a bathroom/house renovation for the placement of new plumbing and floor drain (total house overhaul). Unfortunately, six moths later as we are finishing that bathroom, I am realizing that this thing is so flimsy, I want to return it, so I will try at Lowes. The bait and switch is the base.
