What Customers Are Saying

The shower kit requires careful installation to ensure proper fit and functionality. Customers are generally satisfied with the quality, design, and ease of cleaning when installed correctly. However, some found the walls to be too thin and flimsy, requiring additional reinforcement. Many customers also reported issues with product quality, poor instructions, and a challenging installation process, leading to leaks and other problems. shower missing parts

got the shower and installed the pan and walls which instructions tell you what screws to use but the hardware kit doesn't tell you what screws to use but the sheet doesn't say what is what. missing the mounting brackets to hold the fixed piece of glass in place and a gasket called Lowe's and they said I have to return the entire kit to get the three parts that I am missing. which the kit is already installed besides the door and the wall has to be glued in place so how do you take that out and...

Not worth the MONEY

Would Not Recommend

I definitely do not recommend the MAAX Gilford Corner Shower Door. 1. Gaskets #23 and #25: Where the sliding glass door meets the fixed glass panel, the gaskets are not long enough to overlap properly. This leaves a gap where water can come through. 2. Top wall frame: The top of the wall frame does not have any type of cap or cover to prevent water from getting inside the frame. This seems like a poor design for a shower enclosure. 3. Installation instructions: The instructions are extremely ...

Looks great, but everything needs to be sealed - every join, or you'll have water leaking all over the place, and the wall panel developed systemic cracks after two years. Massive pain in the ash.

But it looks good

Would Not Recommend

Directions were obviously written by someone who has never installed any such item. Too many errors to submit but if assembling an disassembling is your thing follow there direction they'll have you doing just that 3-5 times throughout whole assembly.

Zero stars

We are extremely disappointed with this shower kit. We spent the time and money to have it installed, and it hasn’t even been a month before it’s already cracking in multiple places. This is clearly not the quality we expected, especially for a product that’s meant to withstand daily use. Now we’re faced with replacing something that should have lasted for years, which means additional labor and installation costs on top of the original purchase. I would not recommend this product to anyone loo...
